The R2-D2 in 'Star Wars: Episode VII' will be fan-made

"Star Wars: Episode VII' will officially include an R2-D2 designed by Lee Towersey and Oliver Steeples. The two men are a part of the R2-D2 Builders Club, a worldwide organization of fans who create "fully functioning' astromectric droids.
